The olive groves of the Roussos family consist of about 2000 trees which are located in 12 olive groves and have an average age of over 350 years. The oldest are over 500 years old.
The olive oil variety is Maronite and is a product with continuous awards. Add it raw at the end of your meal for more flavor and aroma. Green olive oil has the most antioxidant properties an olive oil can give.
It differs from ordinary commercial extra virgin olive oil because it has a piquant/peppery flavour combined with the fruity aromas of freshly-cut unripe olives.
